There are several reason this may have happened
- Your bank requires the correct address, you may have entered it incorrectly.
- Your bank may require the correct CV2 code from the back of your card, you may have entered it incorrectly
If you know that you entered all of your information correctly, and it was still declined, call your bank and check with them.
You can also call us at (801) 628-3002 and we could try to manually process the order.
Occasionally a card will decline online but will approve if entered manually.
