Our Shipping Policy

We have always offered Free shipping and handling on all orders, but with increasing shipping prices, we have had to change that to FREE shipping on orders over $40 in the USA.  We hope you understand this change.
We only ship to USA.  We do not ship to European countries or other countries overseas.

• FREE (orders over $40) - USPS Priority Mail delivery in 2-4 business days
• Shipping (orders under $40) - $6.99

When will my order be shipped?

• Orders received before 12:00 pm (Mountain Time) M-F will be shipped the same day, delivery in 2-4 business days for Priority Mail.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be shipped either the same day or the next business day, delivery in 2-4 business days.
• You will receive a shipping notification by email when your order is shipped.  
• Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order or shipping and/or delivery. 
• If your package is lost during shipping and does not show as delivered, it is insured and we will gladly send you another package.  Once your tracking shows delivered we are not responsible after that point, however if you can't find it we will do everything in our power to help locate the package.

For our customers, we have always offered FREE SHIPPING and handling, however with the substantial increase in shipping costs, we actually lose money on small orders, so we have had to make changes to our free shipping policy.  We hope you understand the change.
