When I place an order is my personal and credit card information SECURE?

Yes. Your security is very important to us. We are a verified Authorize.net merchant and your personal information is safe and secure. When you click checkout you are taken to our secure checkout page on our site and the order is transmitted securely to Authorize.net who then processes your transaction (you will see the green lock in the browser, showing you the browser is secure). You can order with confidence using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Here are some tips to help navigate the cart

DESKTOP

Add all items to the cart (mini cart will show at the top right side of left navigation menu)
Click checkout from mini cart when ready to checkout
You can update quantities during checkout

MOBILE/TABLETS

Shopping cart is in top right corner of page

Add items to cart
Click back to add more items to cart
Click shopping cart image (top right of screen)
Update quantities and checkout
When checking out, if you are having issues with entering your credit card number - (numbers aren't in the correct order), enter the first 4 numbers, then the first number of the next group of numbers, then move your curser to the right of that number and enter the next 3 numbers. Do the same thing for the other groups of numbers. This only happens on a few keyboards and browsers, but can be an inconvenience if you aren't aware of the issue.

Are you having intermittent issues with the shopping cart?
**Refreshing the page or clicking to another menu page will normally fix any issues with the cart.

Try refreshing the page (see picture below)
REFRESHING the PAGE will normally fix most issues
If that doesn't work, try going to the home page or another page in navigation menu, and then back.

Duplicate items added to cart?
Desktop view

** No worries, edit the quantity of products in the cart when you checkout.
